Project Name: Streeton Park Retirement Village

Description: Kemellies supplied & installed over 5,000 square metres of engineered oak flooring to 84 apartments and throughout the main community building.

Project Name: Emporium Melbourne

Construction Company: Grocon

Project Value: $1.2 billion

Description: Kemellies supplied & installed 4,500 square metres of solid strand woven bamboo flooring into the new MYER store on Level 4.

Project Name: Highpoint Shopping Centre

Construction Company: Probuild

Project Value: $300 million

Description: Kemellies supplied & installed 700 square metres of Tectonic spotted gum flooring into the new north-east redevelopment of the shopping centre. Kemellies also supplied & fitted spotted gum to the main steel staircase.

Project Name: RACV Torquay Resort

Construction Company: Kane

Project Value: $115 million

Description: Kemellies supplied & installed 1,200 square metres of 240mm wide european oak flooring through the health & fitness areas in the new building including sprung flooring to the gymnasium. Kemellies also supplied & fitted solid oak flooring to the concrete staircase from the Ground Floor. All custom stained & finished.
